BLACK FRIDAY 2026 PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS – MYBABYBOTTLE

§ 1. Organiser and general provisions

1. The organiser of the promotion entitled “Black Friday 2026” (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion”) is Iga Miodek-Zielonka, conducting business under the name MyBabyBottle Iga Miodek-Zielonka, with its registered address at ul. Żytnia 4/1, 25-018 Kielce, Poland, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9452285810, REGON: 527489326 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).
2. The Promotion is organised in the following online stores:www.mybabybottle.pl, www.mybabybottle.com, www.mybabybottle.cz, www.mybabybottle.nl, www.mybabybottle.sk
   (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Stores”).
3. The Promotion is available to all customers purchasing products through the Stores.
4. The Promotion is conducted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the specific terms presented at:
   https://mybabybottle.com/pages/black-friday
5. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for participation in the Promotion, its duration, and the rights and obligations of the Organiser and participants.

§ 2. Promotion period

1. Black Friday 2026 is divided into the following stages:a) Week 1: from 6 November 2026 to 12 November 2026.b) Week 2: from 13 November 2026 to 19 November 2026.c) Week 3: from 20 November 2026 to 26 November 2026, until 19:00.d) Grand Finale: from 26 November 2026 at 20:00 until 27 November 2026 at 23:59.
2. All times specified in these Terms and Conditions refer to Central European Time (CET).
3. Each stage of the Promotion may include different products, discount rates and conditions for participating in the offer.
4. The Organiser is not obliged to disclose the details of upcoming stages before they begin.
5. Current information about applicable discounts, products included in the Promotion and specific offer conditions will be published at:
   https://mybabybottle.com/pages/black-friday
6. After the end of a particular stage, the discounts applicable to that stage will no longer be available, unless expressly stated otherwise by the Organiser.

§ 3. Rules of participation

1. To benefit from the Promotion, a customer must place an order in one of the Stores during the relevant promotional stage.
2. The products covered by the Promotion and the applicable discount rates are determined separately for each stage and published on the Promotion website.
3. The Promotion may apply only to selected products or product categories designated by the Organiser.
4. The percentage discount rates are identical across all Stores. Product prices and discount amounts are displayed in the currency applicable to the relevant Store.
5. Discounts are applied in accordance with the rules and mechanisms displayed in the relevant Store at the time the order is placed.
6. Products not expressly indicated as being included in the current promotional offer are excluded from the Promotion.
7. Participation in the Promotion is subject to product availability in the relevant Store.
8. Specific conditions of individual promotional offers, including any quantity or product restrictions, will be communicated on the Promotion website or in the relevant Store.

§ 4. Combining promotions and discounts

1. The Black Friday 2026 Promotion cannot be combined with other active promotions, discounts, discount codes or special offers, unless expressly stated otherwise by the Organiser.
2. Customers may not combine discounts granted under the Black Friday Promotion with other discount codes or special offers.
3. If several promotional offers are available simultaneously, the rules displayed in the relevant Store shall apply.
4. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or any cash equivalent.

§ 5. Returns of products purchased under conditional promotions

1. Certain promotional offers may be subject to specific conditions, including the purchase of a specified number of products, products from a specified category or a designated product set.
2. The conditions for obtaining a discount, including the minimum number of products required, will be communicated in the description of the relevant promotional offer or in the Store.
3. If a customer withdraws from the sales contract in respect of only part of an order purchased under a conditional promotion, and the return of the product or products means that the conditions for receiving the discount are no longer met, the value of the remaining products will be recalculated using the prices applicable without the conditional discount.
4. In such cases, the refund due to the customer will be calculated as the difference between the amount actually paid for the order and the value of the products retained by the customer, calculated without applying the conditional discount.
5. The recalculation referred to above may not result in the customer being charged an amount exceeding the price of the retained products applicable at the time the original order was placed, before the conditional discount was applied.
6. If, after the return of part of the order, the conditions for obtaining the discount are still met, the discount will remain applicable in accordance with the original promotional terms.
7. This section does not limit the customer's statutory right to withdraw from the contract or any other consumer rights arising under applicable law.

§ 6. Returns and complaints – general provisions

1. Participation in the Promotion does not affect consumers' statutory rights, in particular the right to withdraw from a distance contract or the right to make a complaint regarding a product.
2. Consumers purchasing remotely have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, subject to the applicable legal provisions.
3. Returns of products purchased under the Promotion are handled in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale of the relevant Store and applicable law.
4. Refunds following withdrawal from a contract are processed in accordance with applicable law and the terms and conditions of the relevant Store.
5. Complaints concerning products purchased under the Promotion are handled in accordance with the general rules and applicable law.
6. Exercising the right to withdraw from a contract or submitting a complaint does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

§ 7. Personal data protection

1. Personal data of customers participating in the Promotion are processed in accordance with the privacy policy of the relevant Store.
2. The Organiser is the data controller.
3. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data, data subjects' rights and contact details of the controller is available in the privacy policy published on the relevant Store's website.

§ 8. Final provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions are available on the Stores' websites and on the Promotion website.
2. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by the relevant legal provisions applicable to the contract.
3. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for important legal, technical or organisational reasons, provided that such amendments do not infringe customers' acquired rights or affect orders placed before the amendments take effect.
4. Any disputes arising from participation in the Promotion shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law, taking into account the rights granted to consumers.
5. These Terms and Conditions enter into force on 6 November 2026.
